Well actually i expirience this probelm
the problem is i store 2 same phone number in the phone
so the phone is conflict and it shown the number instead of name
try to check back your contacts...

Well i hope you have infra red or bluetooth in your computer
beacuse you need it to transfer from your picture to your computer, that is the best way to do it.

Or maybe your software got problem,
why dont u try to uninstall it or reformat the OS
