i want the application to be .sis, as in what files do i need?

Currently I'm using nokia E61 phone and I would like to develop applications for my programs..

I downloaded theme studio and installation is fine...after restarting the com, i click on the program, but the cursor becomes busy for awhile then went off already, i check my task manager but it...
