I added these lines to the mmp file, and successfully compiled.
SYSTEMINCLUDE \epoc32\include\mw
SYSTEMINCLUDE \epoc32\include\platform
SYSTEMINCLUDE \epoc32\include\platform\mw

RCOMP produces cryptic messages instead of telling "xy.rh not found"
