Unfortunately there are no AT commands implemented for MMS in Nokia phones.

You can download the image file over Irda or Bluetooth to your phone using PC Suite on the computer. Then make an MMS in your phone and insert the image file to the MMS and send it to another phone....

PC Connectivity SDK enables handling of phonebook memory in some devices but Nokia 6230 and 6800 were not in the supported devices list.
