i have try the configuration but doesn't work :(

i connect the mobile phone with the wi-fi, then i connect voipcheap and the message error is : operation refused by voipcheap - error 403...

i have modify the xml and i've convert the file with wbxml2-0.9.0-bin.win32.zip

i've save the new configuration but when the wi-fi connection is on, the new sip account doesn't connect.
