there is a connection between PublisherID and Verify Account ??
I mean .. Every year I need to buy in 200$ a Publisher ID...

to

executable_name = "c:\\sys\\bin\\NokiaMonitor.exe";

Try also to make a long delay...

Relative to one without Publisher ID you have a lot of 'guessing' in Symbian capabilities behavior... ;)
