RESOLVED by ME !!!

Solution:
1. Power off ur phone;
2. Start charge (if not start, remove battery and wait ~5 minutes);
3. Charging will stop after ~2-3 minutes;
4. Unplug charger and plug...

One more thing ... after re-starting my phone, battery shows only 42% !!!

My Nokia E50-1 shutdown after low battery.
When I re-charge, it's stop at 71% and don't want continue =(.
Any ideas !?!

1. Try install Ur 'JAR' file by Nokia PC Suite (http://europe.nokia.com/A4144903)

SOLVED by ME !!!

Reason: during instalation JAR process was interapted by anything (restart, lost power, lost connection, etc.) Result of it is bad REG creation !!!

As I know, Ur phone have S40 3rd Edition OS (NOT FUTURED PACK 1 is installed)
So, U are not be able to share U memory for JARs .. U can install only by WAP...
