Apparently the certificate that has been used for signing the SIS-files at SourceForge has expired today (February 6th), so the installation will fail.
New SIS-files are on their way.
Meanwhile, change the date of your phone to February 5th before starting to install.

Raccoon 0.9.2 has been released and the self-signed SIS-files have been signed with a certificate that is valid.
