Maintenance release is very much similar to the 3rd Edition Main Release.
This is what the release notes say:

This release is a maintenance release (MR) fixing several issues with
the emulator and toolchain. The documentation set has also been updated.
Apart from a few removals (see below) the API set is identical.

How do I know i should use "abld build armv5 urel" or "abld build gcce urel" when I compile my program? ><"

hi,

if u want faster access armv5 process then u got to buy RVCT compiler from www.arm.com whereas the same thing can be done with gcce which is a free tool.
