    Hi,

    I have created two applications. a main application and a safestarter application. When I start the safestarter the safestarter starts de main application. When the main application panics, the safestarter restarts the main application.

    When I take a look in the application menu list, I see the two applications, but I olny wanna see the safestater application.

    Can someone tell me how to solve this problem???

    Regards,
    Bart

    I did try to use this in aif\mainApp.rss:
    Code:
    hidden=KAppIsHidden

    If .aif is present (1st and 2nd edition), _reg.rsc is usually not (as I have learnt from Itomuta a few days ago 2nd ed. FP3 supports both _reg.rss and .aif, but I guess people do not use them at the same time).

    Bdekorte: although KAppIsHidden works as far as I remember, you can easily hide applications by deploying them to a folder that does not have the same name as the application.
    For example
    Code:
    "HelloWorld.app"-"!:\system\apps\HelloWorldHidden\HelloWorld.app"
    "HelloWorld.rsc"-"!:\system\apps\HelloWorldHidden\HelloWorld.rsc"
    results in a runnable HelloWorld, but it will not appear in the menu.
