reading sms from the sms application

hey can anybody please tell me how can i add the functionality of reading the sms from the inbox,outbox in the sms_example application 2.0 that i have dwonloaded from the nokia forum site..please
because the application do not support the functionality of reading the complete sms it just shows the senders address n a part or u can say starting line of the sms

Hello Hatwarbabu,

Do you want to read messages from Inbox as soon as they arrive on the phone(Online)?
Or
Do you want to read them in Offline mode through GUI application(having options to read)?

ya i wnt to read the sms offline..since the application don't hv tht functionality of reading the sms...so hw can i read the msg.. on an editor...pls help me out

May i know the phone on which you are trying to achieve this functionality?

Ok. Download 8th entry SDK from the download section under:
S60 Platform SDKs for Symbian OS, for C++

You would find smssend example under: c:\Symbian\8.0a\S60_2nd_FP2\Series60Ex\

Refer to that. It will be a good start. Futher functionalities on later.
