Cannot download the S60 FP1 sdk,chinese version!!!

Hi,
I have been trying since today morning to get the chinese version of the S60 FP1 SDK,but haven't been able to!!
The download starts and then stops after downloading a meager 1.1 MB of the 109 MB.
Can some of the form guys check if the proper version of the SDK is present for download.

Me too tried and there is a problem in downloading. Hope the corresponding team will fix this soon.

Using the Nokia Download manager seems to solve the problem of just downloading.
But still the normal download procedure is still quite unreliable.
