svg tiny editor

I'm looking for a program (a free one would be nice) to create svg-tiny content to use in conjunction with JSR-226. I read on the link below in the Netbeans 5.5 SVG tutorial that they tested the SVG components in their mobillity pack with Inkscape. However Inkscape does not seem to support the SVG tiny format required. Am I missing something? Is there some free editor out there that i can use to create SVGT content?

Hi Larry,

Don't know how much help this is but there is a simple tool included with the S60 3rd SDK for Symbian C++ which converts from svg to svg-t.

Its called svg2svgt and lives in \epoc32\tools (I think). You can probably get it from google too.
