how to put AT command into phone?

how to put AT command to run nokia applciation? where do we paste the AT command at? using vb comm?? or there have another way to do so? dont ask me to check with AT command FAQ or AT command Spec document, it is not written there.

Hello!

You need to have serial communication routines at your PC. You can done this by using some build in modules of programming languages. To do the development work Hyperterminal of Windows should be fine as well.
