hi to everyone,
I am now has a list of images (mostly in bitmap form), which will be use to create theme for Symbian S60 3rd edition cell phone.
To create a theme, i need to create .mif file, which using a list of .svg files. (correct me if i'm wrong).
My main problem is, what should i do, in order to convert the images to .svg file, without the usage of 3rd party application like "illustrator" or "inkscape".
Is there anyone who has any idea on using other tool like java toolkit (e.g. batik svg toolkit, http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/batik/index.html) ?
Or by using the Nokia 3rd Edition FP1 SDK (.exe inside epoc32)??
For Your Information, i notice that carbide.ui did include some .jar files called "batik-svg-dom.jar" and "batik-svggen.jar". So i suspect carbide.ui do use this .jar file to generate .svg files from user's images.
Awaiting anyone who keen in make contribution,
chenloong
