S40 Form Factors (Qwerty? Virtual Qwerty?)

What form factors are currently supported by S40?

I realize that there are plenty of 12-key S40 devices around. Are there any S40 devices with hard QWERTY or virtual key pads (soft qwerty)?

I am not aware of any touch screen S40 devices either.

Have all of the S40 devices shipped so far been 12-key only?

No touch screen either. Correct.

All I know are with normal keypad only. There might have been one device which does not have keypad at all (looks like lipstick), but I do not remember the model number and I do not remember if that phone was Series 40 or something else.
