Phone Memory, SIM card memory and Memory Card

Could you please tell me how could I select where my contact information will be save? For example, how could I set my phone until all my contacts will be save on my SIM card, or on Phone memory, or on Memory Card? Where is the settings? And in Contacts menu, how could I see contents of these memories? Thanks. I have N90 and N73.

On my e62 it's under Address Book->Options->Copy to Schip Direct.
While I don't have your phone model, you might want to check if your phones have the same option or look into the online manual for more info.

You can copy the contacts to the SIM, but the default memory location that the Contacts app and the phone in general uses is always in phone memory.
