Help With Nokia Software Updater (NSU)

alright i gt a N73 and on o2 (uk) software:2.0628.0.01 and wanna update the software on it now everytime a connect to my pc pc suite reconises it and i can brouse my phone and MC BTW i connect with pc suite mode. then i start NSU and it comes to the part detecting phone and it dosn't detect i left it for 15mins and still it says searching. so i go Vista home premium and i connect it with DkU-2 direct to motherboard i also tried with a differt cable and a differnet pc running XP but still no luck.
now i don't understand how pc suite reconises it but NSU dosn't
also tried connecting phone when NSU is searching.
please help i really wanna update my phne ????

Im guessing you will have to wait like the rest of us for a revised version of NSU, as Nokia are aware of issues with the current version conflicting drivers upon installation.

Hi, I am connected to the internet through a prox that requires authentication. due to this Nokia Software Updater cannot connect to the internet so that I can update my phone's software. can anyone please let me know how I can solve this problem? I really want to update my phone's software

Use another proxy or another computer. If there's any thing NSU can do about your problem (like some "secret" config option) you can find it at http://www.nokia.com/support or you can suggest an improvement at http://discussions.europe.nokia.com
