Symbian Signing and 3rd Edition Tools

Many good tools like, ipdump, panix, memload, fexplore etc dont work on 3rd edition, these were really handy, and saved me countless hours, nokia should do something to make these tools a reality for 3rd edition as well, life is already too hard, but if nokia can help us out here, it would really be appreciated
