    I am a owner of Ozone Plus Co.,Ltd., a retail shop of Nokia. My supplier is United Distribution Bussiness Co.,Ltd.(UD), your authorized distributor in Thailand. I have a big problem about their after sales service. I have a problem with them in 3 model contain Nokia 6680, Nokia 6030 and Nokia 1110. I would like to explain about Nokia 6680 only in this letter, if you need more information pls email to me at chawalit@actthai.com or call me at 66-(0)81-810-2780.

    Nokia 6680 Blue, IMEI 355664007074077, Buying Date 31/5/2006, Invoice No.7000346483, Price 11,485.58 THB.

    After I bought from UD, I sold in my shop. I try to check the machine with my customer before he paid. The problem is it cannot take a picture the machine when I try to take the machine mention that I must to open the cover but I open it already. So, I change other machine for my customer. I call to UD ‘s sale people she said it is cannot change the machine for me, must to repair only. I send it to repair on 5/7/2006. I got the machine back on 10/8/2006. I checked it. It is same like before, nothing repair. I send it again on 14/8/2006. This time the sales people said she will make the credit note for us and let me send the box together with the machine, I do it. But later she said cannot make a credit not, must to repair. I got it back on 23/2/2007. I checked it, it is ok. I sales it on 27/3/2007 at the price 8500 THB. So, for this machine I lost my money 2985.58 THB.

    Nokia 6030 I bought on 19/5/2006 It send to repair 3 time. Now still not finish. (Detail I can give you later if you want)

    Nokia 1110 also repair many many time. I got it back already but the box is very bad. So, I cannot sale I must to use it by myself.

    Pls consider and check with your distributer.

    Sorry to hear about your bad experiences with the distributer.
    I would like to suggest that, Nokia end user products support questions should be addressed at Nokia's online support sites http://www.nokia.com/support .
    Also there are some localized product support forums and one that is monitored and where you can get attention and solutions http://discussions.nokia.co.uk/discussions/. If you post your concerns there you may get a response from there.
