How I can get All Capabilities for my certificate?
The DevCertRequest have 13 Capabilities Only.

Code:

Capabilities for the certificate:
LocalServices
Location
NetworkServices
PowerMgmt
ProtServ
ReadDeviceData
ReadUserData
SurroundingsDD
SwEvent
TrustedUI
UserEnvironment
WriteDeviceData
WriteUserData

And i have application need for this Capabilities:

MultimediaDD
NetworkControl

So do i can get this capabilities?

comes under Phone Manufacturer Approved capabilities. So You need to submit a request to particular Manufacturer in this case.
You would find section in the www.symbiansigned.com under your account.

Request did not contain phone manufacturer approved capabilities.

You'll need an ACS publisher ID to get access to manufacturer granted capabilities.

You might still consider checking the site suggested by Kiran in replies #2 and #4 more than a week ago.

Yes Wizard.

Anyways you can also opt for TC TrustCenter Publisher ID

In all cases you have to pay money.

No way escape.
