CON-03 fails

I'm using ATL and get the failure:

FAILED CON-03 No billable events occur.
FAIL Running of app recording. Should not terminate unexpectedly.

The app don't terminate unexpectedly anywhere else.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening here?

The thing is that I don't have any billable events, so the test should not be necessary. Still the app crashes during this test by some reason.

and did you ask the exit reason for the crash ?
And also how to repeat it ?

how do I do that?
I have set so I get a message if the app exits with an error and I don't get a message. I can't repeat the app termination since this only happens at that moment in that test.
