Connection problems from Toolkit to Activ Server

Hi!

We know that this issue has been debated in other threads but we have tried them all unsuccessfully.

We want to make a connection from the Toolkit 3.1 client to the Nokia Activ server 2.1.
We have installed the server on a w2k sp2 machine and we are running the client on the same machine.

When we point out the "HelloWorld" servlet over HTTP we get HTTP Error 500, "Cannot load http:"

We have tried the following diffrent URLs:

http://IP:3000/helloworld
http://IP:3000/helloworld/HelloWorld
http://yourdomain/helloworld
http://yourdomain/helloworld/HelloWorld

The NAcS console window doesn't register any connections.

Please help...

Hi,
it's not clear from your description whether you configured NACS properly or not.
- did you create all necessary components - DB, SC, TB?
- did you install any licence?
- is appropriate (UDP bearer in your case) up and running?
