jar access problem in 6233...

Hi all !
I have a java application(.jar file) installed in Nokia 6233.
But it doesnt connect to the internet. When i launch the application in the mobile it says "Application access set to Not Allowed".
The options of the application regarding access to network are disabled too.
What is the reason for this problem? Is it related to digital signining of jar files??? Please Help!!!

Could be related to carriers having different security policies... Is your phone branded to some operator? If yes, which one?

Check also if you can change the suite settings (scroll down to your application and select suite Settings from Options menu)
