can somebody tell me how does the code signing certificate procedure look if i would like to deploy a cardlet to the Nokia 6131 NFC's secure element.

I don't fully understand what you said, however you don't need a certificate to install into the SE. You do however need to know the keys for the SE.

You need a code signing certificate to sign you midlets that want to access the SE.

Thank you for your reply. You're right, i was wrong.

Is that necessary that CA certificate my midlet (to communicate with SE), or it's possible to avoid it somehow. is it not possible to "make this with hand"?

How much does it cost in generally?

You cannot self-sign as there is no way to install your own CA into a Series 40 nokia phone (of which the 6131 is). IIRC they are ~$400 PA for a code-signing cert.
