Raccoon installation in N73

a friend of mine has a problem with N73 installation. First I thought it has something to do with the certs, but from Raccoon documentation that should not be an issue. His experience was that the device refuses to install the .sis, no questions asked. Any hints how to debug it?

Does he have MWS (http://mymobilesite.net/) installed? Due to some unfortunate filename clashes Raccoon and MWS cannot currently be installed at the same time.
