Help!! & Turning on and off the Nokia 3220 from VB6.0

Hi everyone!
I have a few question to solve quick, so I joined this forum, see if someone can help me.
I have read about a sdk manual, that contains sample code about the connectivity between the pc and the movil... can someone please send it to csepulveda @ desamd.cl? (erase the " " ) I've looking for this manual but can't find it.

And I have this problem.. I need a way to turn on the Nokia 3220 from VB or maybe by a call... does anyone know of a way to turn on the movil phone from afar??

There are no documented APIs/interfaces to remotely (or from a connected local PC) to turn off/on any Nokia phone model.
