Nokia 7610 is S60 2nd Edition, Feature Pack 1 Phone. So require same SDK to develop.
Go to http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...16-3.0-mr.html and select

1. 2nd Edition, FP1 WINS {if using VS2003 with carbide.vs}
OR
2. 2nd Edition, FP1 CW {if developing with CodeWarrior or CArbide.C++}
