    How to use VS2003 to develop c++ apps for 7610. How to setup it to develop my first c++ application for my phone .How to packaging and sis creation please... help me...

    You can't get a Tutorial of Vs2003 other then Help File that comes with carbide.vs plugin.
    Install carbide.vs and try referring to the Help.
