when I send this code to a nokia mobile phone, the phone only play until half of the ringtone and idle around 3 seconds and repeat. Why? any problem on my hex code?

Well, I couldn't open it w/the Composer that comes with Nokia Data Suite 3.0, so I'd say yes, something wrong with the hex code.

There is no specified limit, some phones can play longer tones than the others.
