Nokia N95 Internet Fault

OK I have recently had the new Nokia N95 on the 3 network in the UK.

I was browsing the internet on my phone (in landscape view if that makes any difference) and a box in the upper-right corner appeared. I think it said something like; MMXXII memory full. It happened rather quickly so I didn't get to read it properly before it disappeared, but I'm pretty sure that is what it said.

The phone then restarted, and when it came back on whenever I click the internet the screen flashes and goes back to the screen you are on. I also have no access to my Messenger.

I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this problem and if so knows how to resolve the issue...
