Software Update Problem

My current N95 8GB version is 11.0.026 and wanna update it to the latest 15.0.015. But when i finish downloading all he updates, it says "updating software failed", "Updating software in your phone has failed, would you like to retry your software update?"

I retried it n times but still doesnt work. I even downloaded the latest PC suite but the software update still doesnt work. what should i do?

Hi,

that's what happend to many others. I followed what I was found on some discussion and following works for me:

1/ I uninstalled PC Suite, run CCleaner and regedit
2/ I rebooted the PC and I install the software updater again

And it works!

May i know how do you actually run the CCleaner and regedit? Where can they be found? Will they have any impact to the computer?
