How to build a simple BT app for Symbian S60

Hello,

I use to program with MS VS C# for WM5/6, but now I want to build a simple application to send commands via BlueTooth for other device, it's a simple RS232 communication via BT, something like the GPS communication.

What is the best/simpliest way to do this? What SDK should I use?
Where can I find information about dealing with BT communication with that SDK?
