    Hi,

I would like to know if there is some way to save local data (text and images) from a WebRuntime widget.

Another question is this: is there any way to partially update widget resources? For example: I want to update only a banner of a widget, so I would like to avoid a total widget update, but instead download and save (in some way) the new image.

    Thanks,
    Pit

Text (and thus JavaScript object state) can be saved using the widget object's preference-related functions (check the API reference for details). Unfortunately there is no way to store images.

    Thanks Peppe!

The lack of a better local storage system is a big lack for this type of apps... let's hope for next runtime releases
