Problem with python in Nokia N95-3

Hello everybody I've got a Nokia N95-3 the american version taht comes with the firmware RM-160 V11.2.009 and I've got problems with Python. I can't open any application that requires Python, I just click on them and nothing comes up. I wonder if anyone knows why this happens and if there's a solution, cause I can't use a lot of applications due to this problem. Thanks in advanced.

Hi lisi1686,

Python applications won't launch if Python for S60 is not installed on your device.
You can find the installation file in the Pys60 resources link in my signature.

Thanks for your answer Croozeus. The problem is that I do have python installed in my device, and it doesn't work either. There's a problem of compatibility with this version of N95 (N95-3), because I know people who have it working in many N95-1. I wonder if you have any idea of what can produce this incompatibility. Have you looked at this thread? Is your problem similar to that?
If you still can't find the problem, maybe you'll have better luck with PyS60 version 1.4.3, due to be released in a few weeks.

Bogdan, I think lisi1986's problem is not related to signing.

lisi1986, IMHO, you should have no problems installing Python on your device. Take due care Python For S60 and PythonScriptshell are 2 different things and the latter won't function without the former.

I thought maybe lisi1986 had the problem mentioned in that thread, where applications do no start even though they are selected.

thanks guys. My problem is not about signing apps. I have both the shell and the former installed in the same drive and the apps as well. There is an incompatibility with a version og N95 that is the american one. I have more or less 20 friends with this version and nobody can make it work. I wanted to know if you had any idea why this happens and if there is a solution or a future version which work properly with this version of N95. i dont think this is a bug may be such type of problem occur due to some installation problem.
