7650 DATA TRANSFER QUESTION?

Hi I have a nokia 7650. The phone is having some problems (like some buttons not working) and I have been sent a replacement. My origional phone has 250 numbers on the phones actual memory and I need to find a way of transfering these to the new phone. I have used nokia data suite and backed up my contacts file (using infro red). The file is a CDB file which the computer cant read - I then sent this to the new phone and the pphone said invalid formatte ? CAN ANYONE HELP - is there another way or am I doing something wrong?
