[Moved] The makmake tool failed to run. Project creation aborted

I m have S60_3rd and S60_3rd_FP1_2.(default is S60_3rd_FP1_2) when import .mmp(CodeWarrier 3.1) file geting the error message "The makmake tool failed to run. Project creation aborted".
what is the problem ?

i m using perl v5.8.7

Codewarrior C/C++ Version 3.2.5

Check the SDK release notes, you'll see that the required Active Perl version is 5.6.1 build 635.

Also, unless you have a special reason for using the S60 3rd SDK you should switch to the maintenance release version, it has lots of fixes and improvements.

If same project is running in carbide, why not stick to carbide since CodeWarrior is not going to be supported anymore. Better still why not try to update to Carbide.c++ 1.3!!
