How to reduce profile ring volume through programatically for s602nd edition phones................please give idea.....is it any library avialble for 2nd edition phone?.........if is there please provide exact link

it seems lot of people working on changing the properties of profile in recent days. I m really sorry that there is no functionality in PyS60 to change the volume ring.
what you can try is change the profile and by that you can change the volume.

Sorry you can't even change profiles in 2nd edition devices
You could add an entry to the feature request list here
Hopefully some day in future we could use this feature if its available.
