    hi all
when i launch a on device debug, the DE program always report error, and when i execute the DE program from command prompt, it report error as follows:

Error: it appears the DE's COM components are not registered properly. Run regservers.bat, which is located in the same location as the DE program. Doing so will register the COM components. Alternatively, you can specify "-self_register" when launching the DE.

but i did not find any regservers.bat file here, did anyone fall across this problem? or some advise~~~

    thank you ~
    andy
