just work on testing application on E71, a problem comes -no certificate, install terminated. The problem is there no UID for E71 in my *.pkg file after I checked.

Any advises or know the product ID for E71 are appreciated.

Certificate and Product ID are two different expressions. Check Settings in Application Manager, and enable installation of "All" (instead of "Signed only") files.
Missing product/platform identification would just give a warning, and nowadays the generic S60 3rd edition ID should be enough.

    Thanks for your help hu
Yes, I have done this way, but it just a temporary way to install my application, and I have to get UID of E71 as I will release the application on E71 later.

Note that this "temporary way" still has nothing to do with the E71 Product ID. It is about self-signing compared to any other signing:
    - self signing will always be untrusted, and will be rejected by default on E-Series device
    - any other signing will be OK, with or without providing the Product ID.

Details about a phone's specifications, including its ProductID/MachineID will be released only after the product is officially announced by Nokia.

If you have access to an E71 then:
    - you should not discuss about it in public (check your NDA)
    - you should be able to obtain the info from the phone itself or ask your Nokia contacts for the info.

Qute. But this is now documented, as for any officially released device. See http://www.forum.nokia.com/devices/E71
