For Nokia devices, I suspect that the complete list of such devices is:
[this space left intentionally blank]
And if the above list is not making you happy, then you can try the advanced search feature for Nokia device specifications (a very intimidating form, I have to say) on the device specfication page:
http://www.forum.nokia.com/devices/matrix_all_1.html
Click on "Search by feature >>" on that page, right under "Devices filtered by".
For non-Nokia devices, check what the manufacturers of those devices have on their web sites.
No Nokia phones yet support JSR-256.
I know Sony Ericsson's JP-8 platform phones support it.

Hmmm..
I double checked and no S60 nor Series 40 devices with that API. There was a demonstration of JSR-256 in JavaOne 2006 with a prototype implementation on Nokia 5500, but that was just an demo.
I would be interested to know more about the discussions you had with Nokia people. Could you please contact me through my screen name?
