gnubox & socket communications fail

I’m trying to use pan (gnubox) for ip socket communication but seem like only
http protocol is working … but sip for example fail ..
is it because access connection type like data call / packet call ?
seem like sip is expected to work with packet call .. but pan/gnubox is
using data call .. or there is an sip api limitation …
if someone can elaborate / explain this problem

just one fix ... seem like the problem is only with sip
i check it with ssh and it works
