    Hi,

    how to get access to cell broadcasting from Symbian's C++?
    should I use eTel? is there any API?

    Unfortunately, this API is not currently open to 3rd party developers.

    Is it still the case today? (with the Nokia SDK third edition and Symbian OS 9).
