7210 and 7650 Content Compatibility

I have Contents that display correctly for 7650 and t68i's,
are these contents displayable on a 7210? They are only static JPG files with Text Message and Polyphonic Ringtones. Can't Seem to find the reason why it would not display correctly for 7210? it always says :"Unable to Open File"
P.S. Contents don't execeed 30 KB
I'm really in need of an answer, please... ^v^

Hi,

Can you send me the content you tried to view in 7210, ie. the image, the text and the tone. Or it would be even better if you could sent the encoded MMS file. E-mail: smart.messaging@nokia.com. I'll try to find out what's wrong with it.
