Problem with send picture

Hi, I have problem with send picture or screen servers on the Noika mobile phones. I don't know how to send picture or screen servers over Internet. Which format picture or screen servers I can send to Nokia mobile phones? How to build or created that format picture?

If you want to use short messages for sending pictures and
screensavers you would find helpful answers toquestions 16
and 17 in Smart Messaging FAQ:

For larger pictures and more complicated screensavers MMS
messages are more useful.
