More than one Cell Id

i want more than one cell id,can any one tell me how is it possible , any one give some idea about this.

As far as i have dealt with, you can get one CellId at a time.

Do a search in these forums, the question is asked at least once a week and the issue was discussed at length but the answer is no, you cannot get it.

Network service provider will send only one CellId or we can say that at a time our phone is connected to only one cell(I think such), So we can not have more than one cell id available at a time.

Such scenario come into existence when there is need for division of Cell. Cell is divided into number of sub cells to fulfill requirement in high density population area. But still i would say that at a time phone is connected with only one cell tower and hence you would get only one Cell Id at a time.
