You can always try to Google for "define:NTM" but if you also have to ask "what can it do" then you probably do not need NTM (whatever that is).

I have seen Nokia N95 NTM version
but don't not it is there some diff with general one

on a app software for network test,
i guess the software need ntm support
NTM version NTM 26 v2.0 CID10
license ...
