How strict are you with this time limit. I published my widget "Widget Maps" before midnight UK time (UTC/GMT +1). Then I found a problem and updated it after midnight as well.

I also could not test my widget properly as the http-service seamed to be down.

Dose this mean I am out?

Hi Klen, all!

We were pleased to notice that your widget appeared as Beta and it really looks cool!

Possible service unavailability is always counted as "force majeure". We will with no doubt take in any widget that the developer has not been able to either publish or test properly because of such problems.

Anyone who has not been able to publish for service unavailability, can still publish. However, that should be accompanied with an email sent to me directly and describing exactly what happened. I will handle any possible late entries case by case.
