Nokia Maps as non-mobile web app?

Everyone knows and uses Google Maps because it's pretty easy to implement into your normal (non-mobile) website. Is there a way to use Nokia Maps in a similar way? Think of a community website where users can share routes or spots of interest, based on Nokia Maps!

Are there any solutions for this case or is Nokia Maps strictly mobile?
