    Can anybody suggest why E51 throws Security exception while creating a player with a RTSP URL?

    Is the phone branded for some operator? if yes, which operator (and in which country)

    Can the phone access to internet in general?
    Is the MIDlet signed?
    DO you see any confirmation dialogs at any point while running your MIDlet?

    No it is not branded for some operator.
    Yes it can access internet in general.
    The midlet is signed.
    No confirmation dialogs.
